Cesira is a sustainability specialist with project development expertise. She has consulted to Government and indus try for over 18 years, possesses an Honours Degree in Sustainable Development and has studied design thinking for innovation. She was involved in the development of the WA State Sustainability Strategy, has consulted on projects including the Sustainability Review of the Kimberley pipeline, Strategic Assessment for the Fremantle Ports Outer Harbour project, and feasibility study for the Shenton Sustainability Park.

Glen is an engineer, with over 20 years energy specialist experience with BHP, WMC & CBH. He has a history of innovation in the renewables sector, has designed a wave power conversion device and a vertical axis wind turbine. Glen invented Bombora and Co-founded Bombora Wave Power Pty Ltd. Bombora is now valued at >$30M(AUD) and has received an array of awards: GE Ecomagination ANZ Challenge Winner, Australian Cleantech - 2013 finalist, WA Innovator of the Year 2013 Finalist - Emerging Innovation Category.
